Italian Roasted Chicken- Recipe

I love making this dish! It is so yummy…it does take a little while to make, but is so worth it. The chicken stays juicy and the outside is crunchy. I use any leftover chicken for lunch over a salad or with any leftover veggies I may prepare. It reheat’s well in a toaster oven and is still delicious the next day!
